Sales Valuer
Birmingham
Our client, a well-established independent agent, are looking for an experienced Sales Valuer to join their growing team in Birmingham.

Working hours of a Sales Valuer:
Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm
Alternate Saturdays 9 am - 4 pm (day off in lieu for one of the Saturdays)
In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Valuer:
Up to £30,000 basic
£50,000 OTE
Car allowance
Career progression
Ideally, to be considered for the Sales Valuer role you must have the following:
Previous Estate Agency experience
Able to work well individually as well as in a team.
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Highly organised
Full UK driver’s license
Key tasks of a Sales Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:
Increase Branch income.
Carrying out market appraisals
Selling the services of our clients
Closing for business
Help drive business forward
