Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their unique needs.
- Collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals to deliver top-notch recruitment solutions.
- Leverage your sales expertise to drive success and exceed targets.
- Celebrate victories big and small in an atmosphere that thrives on camaraderie.
- Achieve targets for daily & weekly activity for new client canvass calls and spec calls.- Achieve targets for new client sales and service meetings.- Achieve sales targets in line with company expectation for gross profit per week / month / per annum, generated from individual sales efforts.- Generate leads for sales activity from a variety of sources.- Cross sell other divisions/ brands within Gi Group at every opportunitywhilst complying with GI Group and their legal requirements.
- Any other tasks as required by your manager / division.
Skills:
- Evidence of at least 1 year's occupational success in a sales / recruitment environment preferred.- Excellent communication- Arithmetical competence- Methodical
