In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Escalation path for network faults raised through the Service Desk.
Remote and on-site installations
Building robust network diagrams and ensuring documentation is up to date.
Provide out of hours cover for our escalations department when required.
Provide Service in-line with ITIL principles.
Provide an accurate account of time within ticketing system.
