Specialised in leather goods, lifestyle accessories, home furnishings, perfumery, jewellery, watches and ready-to-wear.
Located in their very busy flagship Store on Bond Street.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for customers who have quick purchases to make.
Deal with online collections/returns, repairs, as well as helping the wider team with various sales related tasks.
Be thorough and efficient at executing tasks that will usually be acheived in only 10 minutes appointments.
Requirements:
Well groomed, well spoken, assertive while keeping a warm friendly and upbeat personality.
Experience working in luxury, fast paced and demanding environment, extra resilience is needed to deal with frustrated customers.
Must possess good written skills as there will be some admin following tasks like repairs/returns.
Offering:
Salary up to £38,000 basic
