The role involves:
- Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone / video call.

- Pitching the relevant search solution to remedy your client’s requirement.
- Managing the interview process; scheduling, feedback, debriefing.
- Negotiating terms of business and contracts on behalf of successful candidates.
This is NOT a call centre…Recruitment is no longer making 100+ cold calls a day.
