We are looking for a talented account manager to join our team and help develop our client services process even further.
Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Account Manager to join our expanding team. As a key member of our team you will manage projects, ensure deadlines are met and develop relationships with our clients. You will play a pivotal role in the agency, building and maintaining relationships with our clients, and bringing your expertise to help us shape our service delivery and processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage the relationships between our agency and our clients
Be a key point of contact for enquiries from clients and partners
Apply your expertise and experience to continually improve on our client service processes
Help lead on monthly and quarterly meetings with clients, including report writing and presenting
Keeping the implementation team on track to deliver against agreed timelines and keeping the client updated on progress
Writing reports and email communications with clients
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the client performance and communications remain on track, in terms of deliverables to the client.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to through conversations with the team, activity in the accounts and through external sources
Contribute innovative ideas to continuously improve performance and exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
Previous agency account management experience handling multiple clientsExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Good at quickly building and maintaining positive relationships
Organised and focussed on over-delivering
