Own:
Create and manage a well-balanced and cost-effective Preferred Supplier List that delivers great value for all stakeholders.
A Business Continuity Plan for the Procurement function to ensure that the Company would not suffer material and adverse consequences in the event of a failure of a key supplier.
Onboarding of all suppliers, carrying out appropriate due diligence and ensuring they have the correct insurances, Risk Assessments, Method Statements and other statutory documentation in place.
Negotiation of all contracts so that the business is on the most preferable rates available at all times.
Analysis of current usage of all goods and services across the business and deliver improvements through new relationships and or contracts.
Reporting to demonstrate the cost efficiencies delivered through a well-managed supply chain.
Maintenance, review and development of the procurement controls environment including responsibility for maintaining and updating all procurement policies and procedures for the group.
KPI’s to support all stakeholders in knowing what success looks like.
Development of the function to incorporate new acquisitions and organic growth.
Ad-hoc projects as required.

Seek new and innovative ways of improving service delivery through new suppliers and technology.

Consult with all stakeholders to ensure all suppliers are in place for all seasonal surge activities.
