The Cromwell Arms is a multi-faceted business with 14 bedrooms, a large outdoor area and a thriving events space. There is the hope of building a permanent events space to replace the current marquee that only has permission to operate for 6 months of the year. It is booked in for a Sparkle in April/May, so will be looking fab!
Sitting on the edge of Romsey town, The Cromwell Arms is a food and events led business so requires a General Manager who has strong marketing skills, is well organised and is comfortable working with multiple revenue streams. The General Manager needs to become a part of the Romsey network, both business and local community, someone who can build relationships well with both with the wider community and the team.
This role suits an experienced General Manager who is tenacious and brings a track record of running complex businesses and building profitable sales. Especially with the hope of the larger events space happening, we need a real go-getter.
The customers are discerning so you must understand premium dining and the customer demands that go with that. Hotel experience is preferred.
The Cromwell Arms is a Live Out General Manager position.
