The role:

Your purpose is to help students feel accepted in their differences and channel new outlooks to feed an exceptional future. The leadership believe that there are no "bad" kids, just impressionable, conflicted young people wrestling emotions and impulses. The students based in this school are battling stigmas and you would help create an environment safe enough for them to find new ways to communicate and process these feelings.
