We do require you to have extensive GDS experience gained within a Business Travel environment as you'll be taking calls/emails on on "out of hours" service line, assisting corporate travellers of this prestigious TMC.
The position is fully home based and the hours we're looking to be covered are:
Monday - 6pm to midnightSaturday - 7am - 3pm Sunday - 7am - 3pm
(the weekend days include a 1 hour break)
It's imperative you are competent with:
Reissuing/ issuing airline tickets
Making decisions autonomously
Keeping a cool, calm and collected manner when speaking to clients who may require last minute changes/emergency help.
Ensuring you deliver the same exceptional level of service that this companies clients have come to expect.
