As a claims Adjuster, you'll be managing a portfolio of property and liability claims across the UK and Europe, ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance with all technical, operational, and regulatory policies.

Day-to-day of the role:

Investigate, negotiate, and agree on the settlement of claims in a professional manner.

Liaise with insured parties, insurers, and brokers to ensure a professional and timely conclusion of claims.

Coordinate with stakeholders overseas.

Produce reports that comply with professional standards and internal guidelines within agreed timescales.

Ensure time reporting and billing are compliant with internal standards, processing, and systems.

Guarantee that invoices raised are accurate and timely.

Work closely with adjusters where appropriate.

Attend client review meetings to discuss and assess ongoing claims processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in the real estate/commercial property loss adjusting sectors.

A focus on quality, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Proven capability in negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving.

Strong stakeholder management skills.

Ability to develop strong relationships both internally and externally.

Professional qualifications or working towards a professional qualification in a related field are desirable.
