Your role will be to deliver consistent, caring and compassionate support to pupils aged 6 to 16. You will be delivering lessons to students at a one to one level - often driving to and from students’ houses and other places to support their learning and develop their independence.
We welcome applicants with:
A good understanding of supporting pupils with either: ASC, ADHD, SEMH needs or dyslexia.
Strong behaviour management skills and the ability engage pupils with their learning
Ability to form excellent relationships and rapport with pupils and staff alike, to support pupils in conjunction with a much wider support network.
Experience with promoting pupil progress and raising pupil attainment.
Will be able to drive and have access to a car (tutoring may take place in the pupil's homes).
QTS or previous tutoring experience is desirable
