This position is for a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Officer AP who will be responsible for managing the accounts payable and related finance duties within a not for profit organisation located in London.

Description
Manage the accounts payable function, ensuring all invoices are accurately processed and paid on time.
Perform monthly reconciliations of the accounts payable ledger.
Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reports.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other team members to improve financial processes and systems.
Handle queries related to accounts payable from both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
Profile
A successful Finance Officer AP should have:
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and finance software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Be able to reliably commute to North London 5 days a week
Job Offer
An estimated salary range of £31,500 - £38,500 per annum.
