The Site Manager Role
The successful Site Manager will be at the forefront of a number of intricate and high-value fit-outs across Central London.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning to final execution. The incoming Site Manager will be joining at the perfect time to get involved and lead a number of complex, high-end office fit out schemes, with fantastic opportunity for long term progression and development into a more Senior Site Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Lead, coach, and motivate project team members and contractors, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
The Project Manager:
Previous Project Management experience within a Main Contractor
High-end / Fit Out Project experience is ideal
Construction related qualifications
Strong communication skills and client facing
In Return:
£25 an hour + £1 per hour when working away from home
Immediate start available
£25 Daily food allowance
