Roles and Responsibilities Implementation, coaching and delivery of the FLIGHT DECK business system
Identifying and improve business outcomes through the application of Lean techniques to deliver customer performance
Coach and engage the wider business levels to facilitate the daily management and cadence of Leadership standard Work
Support and lead Kaizen activity throughout the site

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Lean / Operations Discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience.
Demonstrated Kaizen delivery experience across VSM, Standard Work, Problem Solving, 3P.
SQDC daily management expert.
Problem solving and root cause Experience - coaching and individual performance.
Strong leadership and communication style.
Kanban Implementation knowledge and demonstrated history.
Performance improvement and waste elimination demonstrated experience.
