Coordinate Hiring Activities:

Assist recruiting teams with clerical duties.

Undertake tasks such as answering emails and drafting offer letters.

Prepare and post job ads online.

Screen Candidates:

Review applications and screen candidates.

Conduct initial phone screens.

Schedule Interviews:

Coordinate interview schedules.

Manage calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.

Assist Interviewees:

Greet and assist interviewees onsite.

Resolve any issues promptly.

Maintain Candidate Database:

Keep an accurate, organized, and detailed candidate database.

Objectives:

Support the Hiring Team:

Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and on- boarding activities.

Facilitate a smooth hiring process for both the team and job applicants.

Maintain Organization and Efficiency:

Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.

Draft communications materials (e.g., job postings, emails, offer letters).

Collaborate with the Hiring Team:

Carry out streamlined on-boarding processes.

Research and recruit candidates to widen the qualified applicant pool.

Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Comprehensive knowledge of the hiring process, including recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding.

Familiarity with applicant tracking system software (e.g., Eploy and Workday).
