Who's it for?
A well established global Microsoft Enterprise + SMC services business who're Microsoft managed across multiple countries. They're now looking to build capability to deliver technical pre sales for new customers in Ireland.
Based remotely in either in the UK, or Ireland (*surrounding Dublin) you will be required to spend time in your first 6 months in Dublin (fully expensed) 2-3 days a week to drive pre sales into new Microsoft customer opportunities working in a dedicated way with Microsoft - Ireland.
A brand new role in an Microsoft Data + AI specialist team you will progress qualified opportunity's into the services business helping the Microsoft specialist unit sellers by supporting them with their technical pre-sales needs.
The role...
Drive forward the acquisition of Cloud, Data, and AI projects while closely partnering with the Microsoft team
Lead the ongoing identification, development, qualification, and assessment of business opportunities
Be a trusted advisor to customers, aligning with their business and technical strategy to guide them on sales opportunities, collaborating with the deep technical experts
Present Solution designs and demos on pre-qualified opportunities into customers
Create technical proposals and technical sales documentation
What's needed...
Possess deep technical understanding of Microsoft's Cloud, Security Data and AI offerings
Have solid pre-sales and consulting experience
Have been hands on with Azure inc solution design
Know Microsoft's Azure Business Model and progamme incentives, including Azure Infra and Data and AI to co-sell/deliver with Microsoft
