Under the direction of the Hotel Manager and Sales & Revenue Company Consultant, the Reservations & Revenue Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Reservations team to ensure they effectively yield the business through pricing, driving room rates and occupancy levels depending on market conditions.
The Reservations & Revenue Manager will also monitor competitors pricing, being aware of market activity ensuring sales are always maximised.
The role is responsible for leading the department to achieve and exceed budgeted accommodation revenue at the booking process, whilst driving both room revenue and room rate, and communicating changes in booking trends.
