Day to Day of the role:

Go the extra mile to engage customers and act as a Brand Ambassador for the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team and maintain a strong customer focus.
Prior experience in a customer service environment is highly desirable.
Affinity with technical product support.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
