Understanding Relevant Legislation : Stay informed about the legal framework that governs social care practices.
Quality Assurance of Cases : Ensure that cases are handled with precision and adhere to established standards.
Quality Assurance of Systems and Processes : Continuously improve and monitor the effectiveness of systems and processes.
Current Legislation Knowledge : Keep up-to-date with the latest legal requirements.
Auditing of Cases : Conduct thorough reviews to maintain high standards.
Child-Centered Practices : Champion practices that prioritize the well-being of children, including direct work and participation.
Supervision of Professional Staff : Lead and guide a team of professionals.
Recruitment : Play a key role in recruiting and retaining talent.
Building Strong Partnerships : Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance services.
Budget Management : Efficiently manage delegated team budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Minimum Requirements :
SWE Registration : Registered with the Social Work England.
5 Years Post-Qualifying Experience : Demonstrated expertise within the Social Care industry.
Enhanced DBS/CRB : We can assist in obtaining this if needed.
Eligibility to Work in the UK : Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
