Role Overview:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. You will lead by example, inspiring and motivating our team to deliver excellence in all aspects of their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance.
Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house staff to uphold our service standards and create a positive working environment.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, including managing reservations, handling guest feedback, and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
Monitor and control costs to achieve budgetary targets while maintaining quality and consistency.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and promotions that reflect our commitment to fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and innovative cuisine.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure adherence to food hygiene standards at all times.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a brasserie-style dining establishment.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strong business acumen and financial management abilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, ordering, and inventory management.
Familiarity with restaurant management software and systems.
Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are desirable.
