Role Overview:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a brasserie-style dining establishment.

Strong business acumen and financial management abilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
