Responsibilities:
* Oversee credit control operations, including the pursuit of debtors and prompt reporting of payment issues to the Directors.
* Daily posting of receipts to ensure accurate financial records are maintained.
* Collaborate with team members across various departments to promptly resolve sales discrepancies.
* Reconcile payments on account and outstanding proforma payments in accordance with company protocols.
* Communicate with customer services to provide KPI reports on proforma customer order status to the directors.
* Generate weekly KPI reports on aged debtors, highlighting debts overdue and advising relevant staff on necessary actions.
