Quick to build rapport with colleagues and students alike, you're a natural at fostering connections.
While formal de-escalation training is a plus, it's not a deal-breaker. Our school offers specialised training to equip you for success.
An intrinsic curiosity about mental health and a deep understanding of behaviours as a form of communication are must-haves.
