Main Duties,
Lead and manage direct reports - two shift managers
Attainment of production plans - driving line performance & final pack attainment
Responsible for staff training - moving the team forward with positive change
Responsible for staffing, Labour KPI's and recruitment
Assess and review staff performance.
Production Pack outs & hourly reporting of line figures
Flexibility to move working patterns to accommodate the needs of the business ( covering shift managers when required)
