Project Architect Requirements:
RIBA/ARB Registered Architect
Minimum 5 years' experience in a UK based practice
Excellent design and communication skills
Ability to manage projects across all RIBA Stages
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, NBS and design software
ArchiCAD proficiency would be highly desirable
Knowledge of UK planning process and building regulations
The successful Project Architect can expect to receive a competitive salary and benefits package - likely to be in the range of £40k-£47k.
