Job description:
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for reporting on day to day manufacturing finances and supporting the site to deliver annual objectives.
Ensure accurate KPI and MI is communicated to management
Produce relevant, timely and accurate financial analysis of material and labour variances
Monitoring and communicating overhead spend to budget holders
Complete new product costings accurately and timely
Period end accounting including accruals and prepayments
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Continually develop our finance systems to improve financial reporting
Constantly assess the effectiveness of the financial information produced
How to be successful in the role and at FBC
You will need to be part qualified - ACCA or CIMA
You will need advanced excel skills, along with an understanding of SAP and ability to analyse and manipulate data
Experience of producing financial and related information for budget holders.
Experience of month end financial processes including the production and review of journals.
A background in manufacturing would be advantageous.
