As part of the Customer Support team, you will play a vital part in supporting customers by providing service excellence.

This will include:

Manning inbound queries via phone and email by being the customers first point of contact

Distribute or respond to inbound communications to the relevant teams

Resolve and answer questions or queries where possible

CRM data entry and cleansing

Sales support administration

Processing administration

The key elements you will need is a strong phone/email experience, as you would be a core part of the Customer service team. The ideal candidate will also have customer service experience, IT proficiency and a good attitude to work.
