Job Purpose Act as the primary project lead for a varied portfolio of clients and audits
Coach and project manage the on-site team to review work, provide support and ensure quality control
Work on high-risk areas of audit files
Review statutory accounts, corporation tax computations and returns
Preparation of reports to support Audit Managers and Senior Managers during client meetings
Support junior staff by reviewing work and knowledge sharing
Liaise directly with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries
Work to client expectations, budgets, and deadlines
Promote services to existing and prospective clients
Champion your own professional development, proactively learning from the experienced team
Be involved in strategic projects both in the office and wider firm
Manage your own time effectively to ensure deadlines are always met

The Successful Applicant ACCA or ACA qualified, finalist or equivalent
At least 3 years’ audit practice experience
Excellent leadership skills to support junior staff
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Sound IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
Self-motivated with a passion for progression and business development
A strong work ethic, time management and project management skills
Enthusiasm to learn from an experienced team
Proactive problem solver with the ability to conduct research autonomously
Able to work confidently with senior team members
Passionate about supporting a wide variety of clients
