We are recruiting for an Administrator to join our HR Employee Solutions (ES) team temporary basis to provide additional support to the team. You will assist with coordinating all administrative activities surrounding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, people metrics and talent management. The successful candidate will have a good HR foundation and be able to demonstrate the ability or potential to operate across the full range of HR disciplines.

Duties & Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for general queries from employees and the Business
Maintain and update the central HR database, Workday, and various other systems, as well as the team’s own process tracking tools
Support HR Business Partners with ad hoc tasks and queries
Liaise with HR Service Centre (HRSC) in relation to the termination process of employees
Act as a point of escalation for the HRSC where queries arise during the off-boarding process
Regular liaison with payroll for any monthly compensation changes or requirements, ensuring notification of any changes within cut-off deadline
Processing additional payments, sign-on payments, etc.
Administer the Senior Advisor process (on boarding, reporting, invoice processing, documentation and database management, year-end process and adhoc queries)
Assisting to resolve Senior Manager Certification Regime (SMCR) queries and escalations supporting an offsite SMCR internal team
Coordinating the New Hire Form process, liaising with HR teams as necessary
Assisting with the Fitness and Propriety Annual Assessment and associated tasks
Assisting with the Code Staff Annual Review and associated tasks
Managing the Regulatory Communications Tracker
Updating HR Communications Forward Plan with activities
Ad-hoc project work
Responsible for regular data audits (new hire, compensation, etc.)
Liaise with reporting team for data updates or corrections
Assist in creation of basic ad-hoc / headcount reports
Skills Required
Proven administrative experience either within a Human Resources function or a corporate department.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to build relationships with managers at all levels.
Methodical, rational and logical approach to problem solving.
Excellent attention to detail.
Compensation/data experience or aptitude; strong numerical skills.
Strong Excel skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
