What is the job of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant?
Partnering with clients and consulting companies on their hiring strategies
Negotiation with clients and securing retained and exclusive roles to recruit
Building long term relationships with companies and hiring managers

Securing interviews between clients and candidates

What experience do you need to become a Graduate Recruitment Consultant?
1:1 or 2:1 from a UK University
Work experience alongside studies (preferably internships, commercial experience or sales experience)
Track record of showing a good work ethic and mentality towards work (e.g. securing part-time paid work whilst studying or working long hours)
Achievements outside of academia (involved in sports, drama or other societies)
Confident, goal oriented and strong interpersonal/people skills
