Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers on service and delivery issues and log accordingly
Manage Stock Control System, place orders, booking in deliveries
Liaise with the Sales team and Suppliers to ensure smooth order flow through the business
Undertake follow-up on Job bookings to ensure customer satisfaction
Deal with Warranty Claims & RMA process
Handle billing & invoicing for all jobs
