Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who:
Provides insightful analysis and support.
Can lead the Management and Financial Reporting process: reporting, analysing and explaining existing and forecast performance.
Drives cross functional work with business partners, colleagues, senior managers and directors.
Advises on internal and external key risks and variables that could impact services areas and / or the organisation as a whole.
Embeds a culture of continuous improvement; identifying and implementing system and process improvements and efficiencies, culminating in enhanced financial data integrity.
Supports implementation of ongoing business efficiencies and will define fit-for-purpose Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, providing appropriate training.
Is a key influencer with the ability to make financial decisions.
What we are looking for?
ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent Qualification (desirable).
Proven track record of providing a comprehensive Management and Financial Reporting service.
Demonstrate a broad business experience with a proven track record in working cross functionally to delivery performance improvements across complex organisations.
Experience of managing a team to provide wide ranging financial information and support.
