About the firm :
As an Audit Senior, you will be joining a top 15 firm that supports individuals and businesses across a range of sectors, providing market-leading accountancy, audit, business advisory, tax and VAT services throughout the UK and Internationally.
Based out of the High Wycombe office, you’ll be working towards a very flexible hybrid approach of up to 3 days a week working from home. You’ll receive the benefit of having flexible hours, following the core hours of 10am-4pm with your contracted hours being 35 hours per week. With the option of paid overtime, your salary will increase if you work additional hours for a deadline for example.
What to expect day to day :
As an Audit Senior, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver quality and efficient statutory audit and other assurance engagements to clients.
You will:
work with our expansive and varied client base, including a number of large corporate clients and groups with turnover up to £500m
lead the statutory audit engagement, from planning through to completion
involved in the preparation and review of group and single entity financial statements
work alongside the Partners and Managers to deliver advisory work including, preparation of financial forecast models, business plans, reporting on internal controls, financial due diligence and other ad hoc projects
build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, being a key client contact
supervise, coach and develop the audit team
benefit from investment in coaching and developing you, with one-to-one support from the Manager and Partner team
Sectors you’ll work on :
Professional services, Charities, FOGs, Financial services, Food and Drink, International audit, Real Estate, Sports and Entertainment, Manufacturing, TV, Film, Video Games.
What’s in it for you:
35-hour working week

Up to 3 days working from home
25 days holiday (ability to buy/sell)
£25 per month WFH allowance
New client referral fee – up to 10%
Eligibility for the firm’s Profit-Sharing Plan (Paid in December)
Eligibility for the discretionary bonus scheme.
Requirements :
ACA/ACCA qualified – alongside UK based experience.
You should have prior experience in an audit and accounts role – preferably leaning towards audit.
Unfortunately this firm can not offer visa sponsorship.
