Our client, an employee-owned, Property Consultancy based in Bristol, has a great opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their collaborative and supportive team.
Full APC support is provided including payment of all RICS fees. 2-year fixed contract, with potential extension when qualified.
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will have access to a structured training programme, dedicated in-house Training Manager and Assessors, with experienced Counsellors and Supervisors across all offices.
Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor: -
Facilitate ongoing workload
Covering minor works
Contract Administration
Design and specification
Surveys and project monitoring
Requirements of the Building Surveyor: -
Relevant RICS accredited Degree
Knowledge of building regulations, codes, standards, and construction practices
Proficiency in relevant computer software for drafting (e.g., AutoCAD), surveying (e.g., Total Station), and data analysis (e.g., GIS, BIM)
Teamwork and collaboration skills for working effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
