School Finance Administrator - Temporary

MLC Partners are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator for a temporary position within an East London Primary School.
We are seeking candidates with previous finance administration experience within a School setting, someone who is willing and able to multi-task, help colleagues with general admin tasks outside of Finance and an all-round team-player to support a small and collaborative operations team. You will possess strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for contributing to the educational sector.
Key repsonsibilities:
This position requires a versatile individual who can handle a range of responsibilities, from managing office operations to assisting with financial record-keeping and reporting.
Provide administrative support to the operations team, including filing, data entry, monitoring the school inboxes and managing phones
Process financial transactions, including accounts recievable/payable, processing invoices
Collaborate with other departments to streamline administrative processes and improve overall operational effectiveness
Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including faculty and parents
Provide additional adhoc administrative support
Key criteria:
Previous experience in an administrative role, with exposure to finance-related tasks preferred
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
