As Sous Chef you will be supporting the Head Chef within a team of 4 plus KP's. Good kitchen management, food hygiene and health and safety control are essential.
The salary for Sous Chef is given as £18,000 - £20,000 / per annum. Temporary live in available for relocation. Transport is required due to location
Salary for this role of Food and Beverage / Operations / Deputy Manager is up to £23,000 / per annum / live out / Transport is desirable
