Bradford is a city residing in West Yorkshire. Bradford is situated just over 8 miles west of Leeds and has a population of over 293,000 people. It is a diverse city and a great place to live and work.
Bradford was an industrial hub for the manufacture of textiles and wool and fared extremely well at the time of the Industrial Revolution. Bradford is a historical city with many Victorian buildings and architecture. Bradford is also home to World Heritage site Saltaire is a perfectly preserved Victorian village. Bradford is surrounded by the Yorkshire Dales, which has many beauty spots and beautiful walks, for those who enjoy exploring the countryside.
Bradford is also home to the University of Bradford which has previously enjoyed high rankings in the Times Educational Supplement as being a key contributor within graduate recruitment. The University of Bradford's School of Management has also celebrated high ratings in the Economist and the financial Times.
