Based on the outskirts of Waterbeach my clients are seeking an office administrator to assist with day to day general office administration duties:
Reception duties; First point of contact for... all incoming calls/visitors
Upkeep of reception area and refreshments
Upkeep of office stationery/stock control
Secretarial assistance, organising meetings, diary management and attending meetings to take notes
General office administration such as filing, photocopying, post, franking and customer service
Candidates require previous office administration experience, strong IT skills including MS Word/Excel, a positive approach to their work and the ability to work well within a busy and friendly team.
