Centrally based Bath business requires accounts assistant to help with day to day running of finance function. Duties will include Sales and purchase ledger work, raising and paying invoices,... accruals, paying customers / contractors, daily banking, entering details for new customers, dealing with and paying suppliers, some credit control.
HR duties will include setting up new starters, issuing offer letters, storing and filing contracts, setting up pension details, uploading information.
This is a hands on and busy role for someone who is able to multi task and support.
Hours could be 3 full days or part time hours spread over 4 / 5 days.
