MAPFRE Assistance are looking for Claims Call Handlers to answer incoming client calls, relating to on-going or new travel insurance claim applications, to ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a... professional, efficient and effective manner.
Core duties include, but are not limited to:
- Deal with all telephone calls in a customer-focused way, ensuring that service levels and standards, including compliancy, are maintained.
- Input customer details into the system, and send out the correct claims form within 24 hours of notification, and in line with our standards.
- Record and update customer information accurately.
- Communicate clearly, accurately and effectively with internal and external customers.
