Customer Relationship Manager


£20,000 - £20,400 per annum


\nMy well established client based in the Morecambe\/ Lancaster area, are currently recruiting for a\u00A0Customer Relationship Manager \/ Account Executive\u00A0to join their team on a full time and permanent basis, due to the continued growth within the organisation.\u00A0\n\nThe successful candidate will be joining a thriving organisation and become an integral part of a friendly, dynamic and busy team. Reporting into the Manager of the team, the successful candidate will have a passion for providing the highest levels of customer service,\u00A0a problem solving ability, and be able to build\u00A0and develop\u00A0both new and existing relationships.\u00A0\n\nIn return the candidate will start on a salary of circa \u00A320,400 per annum and be able to earn up to \u00A327,000 OTE.\u00A0\n\nThe successful candidates roles and responsibilities will include:\u00A0\n\nActing\u00A0as the main point of contact for your customers retaining and growing the accounts against set targets\nDriving\u00A0excellent customer service levels by providing a proactive and reactive service\nConstantly monitoring the progress against service level agreements\u00A0\nTaking responsibility for the communications with customers post-sale, ensuring the highest levels of service are delivered at all times\u00A0\nManage the onboarding of new contracts and carry out introductory reviews with our new customers\nAnalysing key accounts performance\u00A0from generated reports\nCoordinating\u00A0customer projects, special events and bespoke products \nThe successful candidate will:\u00A0\n\nBe provided with exceptional training and support from day one within the organisation\u00A0\nBenefit from a generous salary alongside the potential to earn bonus once established in the role\u00A0\nBenefit from internal progression opportunities (dependant on performance and business needs)\nBe hard working\u00A0\nBe able to deliver the highest levels of customer service\u00A0\nBe able to effectively and efficiently problem solve\u00A0\nHave strong influencing and negotiation skills\u00A0\nHave experience of working to targets\u00A0\nBe friendly and able to build and develop strong relationships with customers over the phone \n** Please note that this role is currently homeworking due to the pandemic.
