Salary: CIRCA of £28,500

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift: Rotational 4 on 4 off

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

To provide efficient and professional production support to enable the operation to meet all KPI's and provide excellent service to the customers.

Managing direct reports and internal collaboration between site departments

To plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of a team; providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training & development, both meet and exceed while promoting and championing Health & Safety within the business.

Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements across the site

Hold individual performance and development reviews with completion of PDPs provide constructive feedback to Production Manager

Facilitate effective communication - verbally and written

Experience of team management

Must be flexible with shift

Excel skills Intermediate

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills

Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements

Good Standard of Verbal and Written English
