I am working with my client who are looking to add an Office Manager to their growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
Providing administrative support to the EA, Directors... and serviced
Performing work related errands as requested, such as post-office duties
Co-ordinating meetings and appointments for Divisional Directors when required
Minute taking if required for Divisional Directors
Proficient in Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
Work management and prioritising skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
