The successful candidate will be responsible for;
Providing administrative support to the EA, Directors... and others in the office, maintaining an efficient office
General office accountabilities; managing office electrical testing, first aid, gas and electricity suppliers and any other costs associated with the office.
Typing, filing, photocopying, scanning and binding of confidential documents
Organising and booking travel arrangements, including international
Organising and booking meeting rooms and restaurants
Greeting guests and arranging lunches for external/internal meetings
