Chef required to assist head chef with booked Christmas parties for a venue in SR.
Serving a menu containing Canapé, Soup, Roast dinner (beef, turkey or gammon) with veg, vegetarian... option with a dessert.
MUST HAVE NVQ Level 3 and Food Hygiene certificate in date.
Pay rate: £10 - £11 (paid weekly) depending on experience.
Hours: 9am to 5pm for prep days and 9am to 10pm for event dates.
Own chef whites required and ideally own knives.
Dates must be able to work in December:
5th, 7th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 29th, 30th, 31st
