Change Recruitment Group are engaged with a manufacturing company based close to Cumbernauld, on a new 9 month fixed term contract Accounts Assistant position.
The main duties for the Accounts... Assistant are:
· Entering sales invoices/credit notes
· Entering purchase invoices/credit notes
· Entering bank payments, receipts, customer payments, transfers
· Petty cash ledger - entering deductions and additions
· Bank reconciliation - balancing the bank to match the bank statements received
· Nominal ledger input
· Printing invoices, credit notes
· Sales/Purchase ledger reports - print out as required
· Chasing for debtors payments, paying creditors
· Housekeeping - contact details on system, credit limits & agreed terms, tidy up historic info
