A major employer in the South Wales area with a large HR team are seeking to add to their team as they respond to COVID 19.
Your new role
You'll work from home but will be part of... a friendly sub-team advising colleagues and managers on the absence and return to work policies, you'll also be running reports, answering queries, note taking in meetings and various other HR coordination and administrative duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be CIPD qualified with some HR work experience, likely 0 - 3 years in a HR admin type role. This is a fast paced environment so being able to work in a fast and in some cases repetitive environment is important.
