Our client is a leading supplier of products internationally on the outskirts of Selby.
Own transport is essential.
You will have customer service experience, ideally office/callcentre/contact... centre based.
You will take high volumes of calls in a B2B/B2C setting and will have a high level of accuracy in taking orders, account management and query resolution.
Some administration will be required so you will be proficient in Word, Excel, databases, CRM systems and Sage.
Your experience will incude administrator, customer service advisor, callcentre or contact centre assistant/executive.
