We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Chef Manager to oversee the catering operations within a large staff restaurant, within Royal Mail, based in Edinburgh.
This is a hands on position... with meals created following centrally designed menus. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the restaurant, all financial aspects, training, managing a team of up to 5 staff, and responsible for the Health and Safety of the operation.
The unit operates 7 days a week. The Chef Manager will predominantly work Mon - Fri between the hours of 8am - 6pm. You will have excellent people management skills, and be able to communicate at all levels and preferably have experience within an industrial environment in a similar sized operation.
