PA - Office Manager
An established company based in Acton in West London, this company provides unique bespoke uniforms, for Luxury Brands and Hotels.
The role will include, answering... phone, managing the office diary, booking travel, reconciling expenses, ordering stationary and supplies. Being responsible for the smooth running of the office; including coordinating with IT support, dealing with Health & Safety, Insurance and Maintenance. Organising meetings and issuing minutes, research reports and database projects, as well as supporting the director in the day to day running of the business.
